Pape Law Approach

  • LISTEN

This is your life, your future, your assets, your children. Tim continually seeks to help his clients identify their objectives in a process with limitations they do not control.

  • EXPLAIN

You need to understand the law, the process, the custom of the courts, the possibilities and probabilities, the limitations, and those dynamics you can control, and those you cannot. And, as yor matter evolves, these dynamics change. This requires regular, even constant discussion and explanation so you can make informed decisions for your life.

  • PLAN

You are more likely to get what you want if you have a plan for it. Tim stands out among his peers in his strategic focus and approach to client matters.

  • COACH

Perhaps the most important element of legal representation in family law matters is the lawyer coaching their client throughout the process, guiding them to stay focused on their objectives and handling matters consistent with those objectives.

  • ACT

Talk is cheap. No amount of listening, explaining, planning or coaching will help you if not acted upon with diligence, excellence, and commitment. We do our job and advance your matter to conclusion.

  • NO BULL

Tim tells his clients how it is—what is possible and what is not probable. Be prepared to have your weaknesses identified and discussed, just as much as those of the other party. Tim will not tell you what you want to hear, but will always give you his honest professional judgment and advice based upon nearly three decades of experience.
